Construction and finance. Came to build size, not lose it.
Coaching for ambitious individuals ready to build a physique that matches their identity.
You train, you show up, but you still don’t look the part. That’s the problem. A physique that reflects your discipline is built with intent, not guesswork.
It’s not effort. It’s not genetics. It’s the fact you’ve never followed a real system. No structure, no progress.
And it cuts both ways. Some men come to me to drop 15kg. Others have been the hard gainer their whole life and want to finally build size. Same problem underneath: hard work with no system behind it.
If you’re training hard and still not seeing it, it’s not you. It’s the system you’re running.
Real clients, real timeframes, photographed by them, published with their written permission. Fat loss and muscle gain.

Results shown are individual outcomes and vary with starting point, circumstances and commitment. Every client named here has agreed in writing to appear.
Unreal brother. The consistency and discipline I built through your training and tracking have stayed with me. They’ve helped not only with my training, but with everything I do day to day as well.
Changed my life brother.
Four pillars. One system. Built for men done doing this halfway.
Train for the body that matches who you already are. Programmed around your schedule and your goal, with a clear progression rule every week.
No guesswork, no rebuilding your plan every Sunday. Your calories and food structure are built for your life and adjusted off your real data.
Sleep, stress, alcohol, travel. The parts that decide whether the work holds up under a real workload, and how you carry yourself when it does.
Direct access, fast answers, structured check-ins. Problems get caught in days, not months. You’re never guessing what to do next.
Discipline + Balance = Results. This is what created DB Coaching.
Discipline isn’t motivation. Motivation turns up in January and leaves in February. Discipline is what taught me everything I know, in the gym and in life. It took me from the skinny kid doing push ups in a garage to the coach writing this, and it’s the structure that makes the right decision the default one, so you’re not negotiating with yourself at 5am. I build the structure. You stop needing willpower to run it.
I learnt this one living it: football five to six times a week, uni, work, all while trying to make progress in the gym. I know exactly what it takes to hold a schedule together around training and nutrition, because I had to. Your version is client dinners, a week in Melbourne, a Friday that gets away from you. If a plan only works when your week is perfect, it isn’t a plan. Balance means the plan bends without breaking.
Everything gets measured. Weight, waist, the numbers on your main lifts, photos on the same day in the same light. I learnt that the hard way too. For years I barely tracked anything, and the moment I started, the change was staring back at me and it kept compounding from there. If it’s moving, we hold the course. If it isn’t, we change something that week. No guessing.
Only two. No group program, no app tier, no PDF.
Capped by my hours, so spots are genuinely limited. Mention face to face when you apply and I’ll tell you honestly whether one is open.

I was the skinny kid who used humour to cover it.
Growing up I was the funny one. The confident one. The one who joked because deep down my body didn’t match the man I wanted to be. Football was my identity, but every time I lined up against bigger players, I felt it. Every time clothes hung off my frame, I felt it.
It started with 100 push ups a day in my garage during COVID. A year training alone before I ever walked into a real gym. Then years of learning the hard way what actually builds size, and how much of this is mental, not physical. What I worked out is that this was never about fitness. It was about becoming a man I could respect.
That’s what I build for my clients now. A physique that matches their ambition. Confidence that doesn’t disappear when the shirt comes off.
Almost none of them were lazy. They run businesses, they manage teams, they put in the hours for their career, and they were already training four or five days a week. The one part of their life that didn’t reflect the effort was the part they looked at every morning. That gap isn’t a motivation problem. It’s a structure problem. I build the structure, then I hold you to it.
I don’t sell twelve-week miracles or before photos shot under different lighting. A physique that holds takes six to eight months, and the men who get there are the ones who had someone checking the work every week.

Done. You’ll hear from me directly.
Coaching with me is a serious investment, and it isn’t right for everyone. That’s exactly why there isn’t a number on this page. I’m not going to quote you before I know what you actually need.
What I can tell you is what it isn’t. It isn’t a $30 app subscription. It isn’t a $200 template emailed to you with someone else’s name still on page four. It’s 1:1 access to me, a program built around your life, and a person holding you to it every week for six to eight months.
You’ll get the exact figure on the call, in the first ten minutes, with no build-up. And if it isn’t a fit, I’ll tell you that instead of selling you something.
Two weeks: you’ll feel it. Strength climbing, energy steadier through the afternoon, less bloating.
Four to six weeks: you’ll see it. Usually the face and the waist go first.
Eight to twelve weeks: other people start saying something.
Six to eight months: the one you actually came for. The before photo stops looking like you. Anyone promising you that in twelve weeks is either selling you a crash cut you’ll give straight back, or being creative about the before photo.
Gym: yes. Barbells, dumbbells and a few machines is plenty, any standard commercial gym does the job. A home setup can work if you’ve got adjustable dumbbells and a bench. Tell me on the call and I’ll be straight with you about whether it’s enough.
Time: three to four sessions a week, 45 to 60 minutes each. That’s the whole ask. If you’re currently training six days and going nowhere, we’ll probably do less than you’re doing now. Better, and less.
That’s exactly why you’re here.
Every program has a travel version. Hotel gym, bodyweight, or a three-day week. We plan it before you go instead of writing the week off.
No. If the plan doesn’t include food you actually like, you’ll last five weeks. We build it around how you already eat.
Usually not. Tell me on the call and we program around it.
No. There’s an app for logging your training because paper is worse, but the coaching is me.
I coach one type of person, so the system is sharpened for exactly one problem. You get me, not software. And I’ll tell you when it isn’t working, in week three, not month five.
